BBA Soft Skills Level 1

This first level allows students to know themselves better, to become effective and successful students, and to give meaning to studies and life. It starts to equip them with some of the managers’ most significant skills today. Students develop the following soft skills: • Autonomy • Concentration • Self-confidence • Self-awareness • Personal development • Stress management • Time and productivity management • Motivation • Rigor • Sense of responsibility Students also develop an awareness of climate change.
