The PGE Strategy Track is a program designed to help students improve their strategic skills. The goal is to prepare them for successful careers as consultants in top firms or as high-performing executives in leading organizations. In particular, the program focuses on : • Strategic Thinking. The program aims to develop students’ analytical and critical strategic thinking skills. These skills are important for creating effective strategies, building competitive advantages, and driving growth in different business areas. • Data literacy. The program emphasizes the use of hard data and causal inference to understand complex strategic issues. • Valuation Models. The program highlights the importance of these tools in strategic decision-making and communication about strategy. • Case Method. The program uses the case method to encourage engaging classroom discussions and to explore problems that managers often face. • Business Games. The program uses business games to enhance students’ practical learning experiences. The program develops these learning objectives by improving students strategic skills, data literacy, and modeling and problem-solving skills in the following strategy contexts : • Mergers and Acquisitions • Corporate Venture Capital investments • Private Equity • Product-market competition simulation • Valuations in Excel
